In this video it has been explained that there are different claims about the population of the ligers on different websites online. However, none of these claims are either precise, and in many cases these claims are wrong as well. Some claim that there are only 8 ligers which is a totally false information. Even National Geogrpahic claims that there are 30 ligers in the world. This information is also false as well. Ligerworld.com has found that as of 2010, there are around 82 to 85 ligers living in the world.

The third video tells us about the cruelty of the ligers. There has been a lot of curelty against the ligers in the form of a trade and then people tend to abandon them when they grow up. Initially when they are young, they love to have photographs with them. But after that when they see that such a big animal demands a huge food of more than 40 pounds per day. They simply abandon it. According to the animal sanctuary experts, many of these animals do not end up well and they die horribly which they would have never deserved.
